What happens when you take eight elite photographers and challenge them to a MagMod Challenge? Pure genius, that's what!
We invited Pye Jirsa of SLR Lounge, Manny Ortiz, Christine Diaz, Jared Gant, Tanya Parada, Lyndah Wells and Tony & Amy Hoffer to come to Phoenix, AZ where we had three challenges using MagMod products. Watch the video!
First Challenge “You Gellin' Showdown”
The first challenge is all about coming up with the most artistic way to use gels in your photo. The more color the better! Both teams had to use the Creative Gels and/or the MagBox Creative Gels for this challenge with no other parameters.

Second Challenge “Just Snoot Me”
Using only MagSnoots, the teams were challenged to light and control everything like a ninja! There was no limit on the number of MagSnoots or how they could use them.

Final Challenge “Stay Focused”
The challenge here is to really focus in their lights to draw attention to the model using only 1 MagBox + Focus Diffuser and 1 MagBeam Kit with a variety of MagMasks.
