Let me start by saying I loved it while it lasted. Less than a year old and the grip broke, one month later after buying another grip the mag box base broke, bad part is that 2 godox ad200 hit the ground and broke the screen on one of them. Anyway it was very handy and works great, just needs to be stronger for photographers that move are outside carry gear.

OMG! Just SUPERB! Using it with 2 x SB700’s on TTL. The diffusion is spectacular at just 2’ away doing headshots. I haven’t had time to gel them up yet. Definitely worth the money for the sturdiness and ease of use. Can’t wait to use them on my next headshot assignments. And…that carrying case is too cool!

I had been lurking in the background on the MagMod Facebook page, coveting this intelligent set up. Finally, when it was announced there was a sale on the Pro Kit...I pulled the trigger. I had seen a lot of videos and FB posts so I knew how easily the set up would be. I used it right out of the box for my first portrait using the Magbox and loved the quality. Very fun to work with. I would recommend this to any shooter who wants the ease of off-camera flash in many situations. Thank you.

Amazing softbox.

The only negative point is the bag. Quite bulky yet you cannot fit a lightstand in it. And the strap to carry it is all but comfortable. Overall this product is amazing but Magmod should do something about the bag, maybe to take out one compartment to fit a lightstand (as an option) and to improve the strap to carry it.
