I purchased this kit last month. My husband and son are building me a portrait studio in our garage so I wanted a smaller modifier with a big punch to use and not be in the way. This is fantastic. I tried it out for the first time last weekend and I love the outcome. My husband was up on scaffolding and my son on the bottom step of the ladder. The MagSphere XL lit them both nicely. I was amazed at the soft shadow transition. I'm excited to use the MagSphere XL outdoors this summer. Thanks MagMod!

I purchased the stobe kit XL on launch day; I knew that I had to have it! The strobe kit is what you need if you want the quickest, most portable diffused, directed light shaping tool for your strobes. I oftentimes work alone w/o an assistant and I can quickly add this to my strobe and create in no time at all. No more awkward conversation w/ clients while spending 2-3 min. setting up a softbox. And the quality of the light when using the magsphere XL 🤍.
